The first time I used Live Chat, I was at placement #2 within the queue and it took 18 minutes till a Stay agent responded. The next time, I was at placement #two once again, but this time it only took 8 minutes wait around time. This is kind of fantastic when compared with other exchanges that only reply via e mail, without having Stay Chat choice
